The ESKA 121000G is a clip on cap (or pigtail) for G fuses. The clip on cap has axially soldered wire ends. Two caps are required for each fuse.

This is useful for us to install replacement fuses in our multimeters, as they have no internal fuse holder. Putting this on a 5mm fuse is a bit tricky. I managed to do it by holding the fuse in a vice then squashing it on using needle nose pliers.
