Electrolube EML Contact Cleaner Lubricant is a solvent and lubricant blend that removes surface contamination and oxidation from all metallic contact surfaces.

Using EML reduces the electrical resistance across switch contacts or connectors by increasing the surface area of the contact. EML also ensures long-term protection from corrosion and arcing by depositing a thin film of Electrolube (2X Oil) Contact Lubricant.

Q. Would this lubricant be suitable for a TV remote with some buttons that do not always make contact

A. Hi Denis, thank you for your question. This product is not suitable for this purpose you can clean the rubber pad and PCB with 87-0605 but this requires dismantling the remote first.
