A trigger operated cutter for cutting plastic and vinyl pipes and tubes with outside diameters from 3 to 42mm. The cutter body is manufactured from diecast aluminium and is fitted with a hardened and tempered steel blade. A safety clip keeps the handles closed when the tool is not in use.
