This high-performance thermal compound is made from single-component silicones with a balanced ratio of thermal conductivity to electrical insulation. Thanks to its viscosity, the homogeneous and highly-filled paste shows a very low tendency to flow, while at the same time optimising surface contact.
In long-term use, the compound does not harden and shows no tendency to crack, with only slight drying. For optimum results, the paste should be used in a layer thicknesses of 20 to 40 μm for small and medium size surfaces. This high-quality and newly developed product is exclusively manufactured for Conrad and combines a high performance with an excellent price-performance ratio.
