The Casio FX-115MS scientific calculator has a twin-line LCD display and dual power source – Solar and battery.

The main display is a conventional 10-digit type plus 2-digit exponent, while the upper line of the display is a dot-matrix type which displays the formula being calculated. The FX-115MS also uses S-VPAM logic (super visually perfect algebraic method), allowing a formula to be entered in the same sequence as written.
