Single-sided photo resist printed circuit board from Bungard made with laminated paper. The Bungard name represents the excellent quality and reliability of the materials and equipment used in producing circuit boards for prototypes and limited series production. The basic material complies with all international standards and approvals, as summarised in the standard IPC 4101 A.

The photoresist is characterised by accurate detail rendering, high contrast steepness/parameter and short process times. However, particular attention should be drawn to its completely compliant characteristics in relation to processing tolerances. The only requirement is not to have the light exposure too short in order to have "guaranteed" results.

  • Lacquer coat is absolutely dust-free with straight edges
  • Photo lacquer is burnt in and artificially aged to ensure long storage time of over 1 year
  • Only original Bungard circuit boards have a special, blue-dyed light-protective film
  • Size 200 x 150mm
  • Thickness 1.5mm
