This low power, high performance OTP EPROM device from Atmel requires only one 5V power supply in normal read mode operation. The high speed access time eliminates the need for speed reducing WAIT states in high performance microprocessor systems.

Utilising scaled CMOS technology provides low active power consumption and fast programming. The storage capability of these devices allows firmware to be reliably stored and accessed by the system without the delays of mass storage media.
