Allegro A1102ELHLT-T Hall Effect Unipolar Switch 3.8-24V 60G to 245G SOT23W

The A1102ELHLT-T is a Hall effect switch, in a SOT-23W package, that is capable of continuous-time operation and features fast power-on time and low-noise operation. The device is factory-programmed at end-of-line for optimum performance. An integrated voltage regulator allows a wide operating voltage range and the switch has stable operation over the full operating temperature range.
