The TG2511A is a low cost, high performance DDS function generator that also incorporates full pulse generator and arbitrary generator capabilities. A high resolution graphics LCD provides representative waveform displays, and arbitrary waveforms can be saved and loaded via the front mounted USB Flash drive socket, or via the USB and LAN (Ethernet) interfaces.

The generator offers very fast edge speeds of better 13ns on the TG2511A, but the edges can be slowed down to simulate slower pulses. Rise and fall times are independently variable in the range 10ns to 40µs on the TG2511A or can be linked so that both edge speeds are the same.

  • 1µHz to 25MHz range; 1µHz resolution
  • True pulse generator with variable delay and variable rise/fall
  • Arbitrary waveforms of up to 128K points at up to 125MS/s
  • Standard waveforms include sine, square, ramp, pulse, sin(x)/x, noise, exponential and logarithmic
  • Waveform storage using USB flash drives
  • Large graphic LCD with simultaneous text and waveform display
  • Comprehensive internal and external digital modulations including AM, FM, PM, PWM and FSK
  • Waveform Manager Plus for Windows software included
  • Programmable via USB and LAN (LXI) interfaces; GPIB optional
  • Manufacturers part no. Aim-TTi TG2511A
