They fit, in that they will fold completely closed and so still apply sufficient pressure to seal on a small head, but it is tricky to make the cups stay in position without leaving gaps. The ones we got are actually red - bonus. They are in demand for fireworks displays, vacuum cleaners and places with loud music. (I know they aren't advertised as suitable for children. We are not exposed to anything loud+long enough that I want hearing protection.)
