No power on the construction site? This is not an unusual situation, but the everyday reality of the craftsmen. Here the battery-operated hand lamp from Wiha is used and offers a reliable lighting up to 1,200 lm independent of fixed power sources. The hand lamp possesses a powerful COB-LED, which can be set to 80 lm (press 1x), 600 lm (press 2x) or 1,200 lm (press 3x) at the push of a button and provides for a strong front illumination. Additionally, there is a SMD-LED with an Leuchtkraft of 100 lm (press 4x) on the top. The combination of both lights offers versatile lighting options for different work requirements. The dimming function, with which the Leuchtkraft can be continuously adjusted to the environment by pressing and holding it, ensures maximum flexibility and efficiency. When it comes to efficiency, the sensor for the COB LED also scores, which can control the switching on and off of the hand lamp. If the lamp is laid down or the sensor covered, it switches off, and is automatically switched on again when lifting. Thus, the user is offered a maximum of comfort and energy efficiency. Two strong magnets on the rear and lower side as well as a belt clip provide for numerous attachment options and thus for free hands while working. The compact and bright handheld light is shock-proof (IK07) and splash-proof (X3) thanks to the robust aluminum casing. The light duration is up to 10 h; then the hand lamp can be recharged using the standard USB cable type C.
