The device is a surge arrester in the field of instrumention and control (I&C) is well suited for protecting measurement, control and regulation circuits (MCR) in the hazardous area applications (Ex area). It is approved to be used in this application. The portfolio offers small and compact design to protect up to two binary or four analogue signal with one device. The application is installed on a mounting rail.
