The Voltcraft VC271 SE is a true rms digital multimeter that is optimised for use in training and teaching purposes. The test device is also suitable for applications up to 600V for work and hobby, etc.

The unit can measure voltage DC and AC, current DC and AC, frequency, capacitance, resistance, acoustic continuity test, diode test. By pressing a button on the front panel the input resistance can be reduced for a short time from 10MΩ to 400kΩ, in order to avoid faulty measurements through stray voltages. The True RMS measurement gives greater accuracy than conventional meters that are prone to large measurement errors.

The multimeter is easy to read and has a 4000 count display. The compact and robust body has a rubber coating that provides lots of grip, and the stand on the rear allows you to place the unit in a position where you can read the display, keeping both hands free.
