The Voltcraft SEM-3600BT is a 3in1 Energy Costs Meter that has been designed for measuring and analysing consumption data of electric appliances. The meter should be installed between a wall socket and the electric appliance, and is controlled via an app (application) downloaded from the Internet onto a mobile device.
The SEM-3600BT simply records the consumption of the connected electric appliance. The stored data is then transmitted via the Bluetooth interface onto any Smartphone or a tablet computer. The Energy Costs Meter is very accurate and can measure from 0.23W up to 3600W. In addition, the SEM-3600BT can be used as a switched outlet with timer function. The app has extensive programming options and will allow different On/Off times, countdown timers and overload controls can also be programmed. The Energy Costs Meter can further generate a cost forecast of energy used per day, week, month or year.
