The VOLTCRAFT K204 digital thermometer has a measurement range from -200 to +1370°C and very high accuracy fulfills the highest professional requirements. For the long-term monitoring of processes the meter has internal storage for 16,000 measurements. It has data hold, min./max. and mean value measurements. The LCD shows all channels at one glance or the T1 - T2 difference display in either °C or °F. It features and auto power-off function for battery saving and can be powered from a mains connection socket. Supplied with 2 x K-type thermocouples (up to 200ºC), 9V battery, bag and operating instructions.

Q. Hi there, i need to connect my Voltkraft to my laptop using USB - is there a particular type of USB I need that is compatible with the ports on the Voltkraft?

A. Hi Jon, thank you for your question. The manufacturer's data sheet only states connection via a D sub connection to a 3.5mm jack which according to the supplier is supplied. There is no mention of being compatible with USB. This may be due to the fact that the jack plug is connected to the data lines and the software is configured to read this port.

Q. We need the thermometer to be accessorized with an external power supply. Is it possible?

A. Hi Stavroula, thank you for your question. The unit is supplied as battery only. However, a universal mains adaptor could be used: this is not supplied.
