The Voltcraft DSO-1204F is an entry-level 4-channel Digital Storage Oscilloscope (DSO) with 200MHz bandwidth, 1GS/s (max) sample rate, 8 bit resolution and 64kpts memory depth per channel (up to 1Mpts available when using only one channel). The digital oscilloscope is intended to be used for visualising electrical quantities and signals. There are four independent input channels available for measurement. The measuring leads are connected to the oscilloscope via BNC sockets.
The DSO features a 17.8cm (7") colour display with a resolution of 800 x 480 pixels, offering very good readability. Automatic measurement functions including FFT, extensive trigger options, a USB interface, a multilingual help menu and software are included as standard. The signals measured can be displayed on the DSO screen, as well as on a PC when connected via a USB cable.
A built-in function generator enables signals to be fed into the circuit to be tested and picked up immediately with the oscilloscope. The function generator can generate waveforms such as sine wave (up to 25 MHz), square (up to 10 MHz), ramp (up to 1 MHz), EXP (rise/fall up to 5 MHz).
