The counter will register one increment when a voltage impulse above 3V is applied.

Q. What is maximum count up frequency? Does it work with clock frequency of 100KHZ?
A. Hi Sam, thank you for your question. It has a count function from 1 to 999999. The normal frequency is 4Hz. To increase the frequency to 18Hz, connect PIN 4 with PIN 2. This will not count reliably above 18Hz.
