Q. Is it possible to use the 75703 tru opto lenses and lens holders over each of the LEDs in this product or is there not enough space on the PCB?

A. Hi Adrian. Thank you for your question. The covers are not suitable for use with this LED module. An alternative LED module and suitable matched lens cover can be viewedhere.
