Sign InI bought these to use as a way of connecting wires - I used an M3 bolt and nut. They are crimped with one of those tools with the oval shaped bits at the top, (often part of a multi-tool with a bolt cutter, wire cutter, stripper, and crimper for ignition terminals) You could probabaly get away with pliers if you don't want another tool.
