The Tektronix TPP0200 is a 200MHz passive 10X voltage probe designed for accurate signal measurement with compatible BNC oscilloscopes. Combining high input resistance with low input capacitance, the probe helps minimise circuit loading while maintaining measurement accuracy, making it well suited to general-purpose analysis, troubleshooting and design verification tasks.

Designed for use with oscilloscopes featuring a 1MΩ / 13pF input, the TPP0200 provides 200MHz bandwidth, a typical rise time of less than 2.3ns and 10MΩ input resistance. Its passive design offers a practical balance of performance, ease of use and reliability for everyday measurements across a wide range of electronic applications.

The probe features a 1.3m cable for flexible positioning during bench testing and supports input capacitance compensation from 8pF to 18pF.
