The Tektronix TPP0101 is a 100MHz passive voltage probe designed for accurate, low-loading oscilloscope measurements. Featuring a 10X attenuation ratio, 10MΩ input resistance and low input capacitance, it helps preserve signal integrity while minimising the impact of the probe on the circuit under test.
Designed for use with BNC oscilloscopes featuring a 1MΩ/20pF input, the TPP0101 delivers DC to 100MHz bandwidth and a typical rise time of less than 3.5ns. Its passive design provides a reliable and cost-effective solution for routine signal analysis, troubleshooting and design verification applications.
The probe offers a compensation range of 15pF to 25pF for accurate matching with compatible oscilloscopes and features a 1.3m cable for flexibility during bench testing.
