The Tektronix P6022 AC Current Probe has a probe head size of 10mm x 6mm, (about half the size of the P6021A) and a bandwidth of 935Hz to 120MHz. The P6022 is ideal for measuring currents in compact, high-performance circuits. Passive termination output is switchable between 1mA/mV and 10mA/mV.
