<p>These <strong>Tektronix 3 Series MDO software upgrades </strong>are stand-alone products and can be purchased at any time to add additional functionality to a 3 Series MDO product.</p><p> <br>SUP3 MSO - Adds 16 digital channels (includes P6316 digital probe and accessories). <br>SUP3 BND - Adds an application bundle (includes all serial options and power analysis option).<br>SUP3 AFG &ndash; Adds an arbitrary function generator to any 3 Series MDO product.<br>TEK-SUP3 SREMBD - Adds embedded serial triggering and analysis (I2C, SPI).</p>

Note: Software option key products require that the instrument model and serial number be provided at the time of purchase. The software option key is specific to the model and serial number combination. A one-time, permanent upgrade to any model is enabled through the software option key.
