The TE Connectivity SOLARLOK Connector System Extraction Tool is required for dismantling the components. It enables snap-in contacts to be released from the contact chamber and can then be reused. The extraction tool in inserted into the chamber from the plug side and pushed across the contact. Additional pressure on the extraction tool unlocks the contact; the ejection button ejects the contact form the connection side.
