Size 23 three stack hybrid stepping motor, suitable for heavy duty applications. The hybrid consists of a multi-phased toothed stator and a three part rotor. The application of the correct electrical pulse sequence to the windings of the motor results in a 1.8° step angle rotation of the spindle.

Q. What voltage are these motors designed to work at?

A. Hi David, thanks for your question. Using 37-0510 as an example – the minimum voltages would be V=IR = 2.1(phase current) x 1.2(phase resistance) = 2.5V 37-0511 = 6.2V 37-0512 = 3V However the manufacturers advise using a 24V bi-polar driver set to the appropriate current for enhanced performance.
