Q. I have borrowed a Rapid 23 staple gun. I says on it 13/4 - 6 - 8. Does that mean it takes all three sizes of refill staples and what is the difference between them? The staples currently are not very 'tall'. Which are the largest/longest staples please.
A. Hi Michele, thank you for your question. This is the leg length and the stapler can take all 3, 13/4 (35-2621), 13/6 (35-2623) and 13/8 (35-2625).
Q. can you give the correct product code for the Fineline Staples for the R23. Your previous answer gives the product code for the R23 and not the Staples that are compatible with it. I require the 13/8 fineline staple. Many Thanks.
