<p>These high-quality British-made PCB mounting mains transformers from Blore Bowron with single (230V) 12VA primary windings are suitable for 50/60Hz operations. They have two independent secondary windings suitable for connecting in series, parallel or centre tap to give a wide range of output voltage and current combinations.</p>

Designed, manufactured and tested in accordance with B3535, EN60950 and EN60742 (requires additional fuse protection)
Double section metric bobbins constructed with fully shrouded windings
Flame retardant material to UL 94V-0

Q. 18V+18V 12VA. Are the secondary windings 12VA each or is that the overall VA rating across the 2 (making each winding 6VA)?

A. Hi Simon. Thank you for your question. The secondary windings are rated at a total of 12VA so as there are two windings they are rated at 6VA each, in order to achieve the full 12VA the secondary windings would need to be wired in parallel.

Q. Hi, Is this PCB Transformer capable of outputting 12v 12A ?...

A. Hi Stephen. Thank you for your question. This transformer will only be able to deliver 1A 12VA at 12V a suitable transformer would need to be 120VA at 12V to deliver 12A such as 88-5201.
