Arrange your return or tell us the error with your order

We aim to despatch all orders to the complete satisfaction of our customers. However, we know there may be the odd occasion when there are issues with the goods that you receive.

In the event that you notice a problem with your order, please notify us within 30 days of delivery. We will replace any goods that are incorrect, damaged or faulty, have been over or under supplied or that were ordered in error.
