Panjit S510L Low VF Schottky Barrier Rectifier Diode 100V 5A SMC / DO-214AB

The S510L is a 5A 100V Schottky barrier rectifier diode with a very low forward voltage drop. The diode comes in a low-profile surface mounting SMC/DO-214AB package and utilises metal to silicon rectifier, majority carrier conduction technology to give low power loss and high efficiency. Suitable for applications such as low voltage, high frequency inverters, free wheeling, and polarity protection devices.
