We’re pleased to announce that full order tracking is now available for every Rapid order, giving you complete visibility and confidence from dispatch to delivery.

These improvements ensure you always know where your items are - no matter how they’re shipped.

What this means for you

Track every consignment with confidence

  • DHL (98% of orders): Updated at every stage of the journey
  • Pallet Plus (domestic palletised orders): Fully tracked at each step
  • Royal Mail 48 (1% of orders, selected postcodes): Updated when shipped and again on delivery

Reliable delivery timeframes

  • Next‑day delivery available for all DHL consignments to England, Wales and selected Scotland postcodes
  • 48 hours for Northern Ireland
  • 48–72 hours for remaining Scotland postcodes
  • 48–72 hours for Channel Islands

Improved courier email updates

You’ll now receive clearer, more helpful updates throughout the delivery process:

  • We are expecting your parcel”- sent as soon as your order leaves Rapid
  • We have your parcel” - once DHL receives it
  • Your parcel is out for delivery” - when it’s on its way to you

These updates help you plan with confidence and stay informed every step of the way.
