Like the MFR-1110, 85-7136, the Metcal MFR-2241 offers the same choice of multiple hand-pieces but with two output ports. Flexibility can be increased by locking both systems together.

The MFR-2241 includes a tweezer hand-piece as well as a soldering cartridge hand-piece both of which use small diameter cartridges for easy access.

A wide range of cartridges, including models for SMD rework, is available separately.
