Single supply 5V EconoReset with Push-Pull output, 5.5V voltage / reset threshold, active low Push-Pull reset / system output, 1.2V to 5.5V supply voltage, -40 to +85°C, TO-92 case, the DS1810 (No Suggestions) uses a precision temperature reference and comparator circuit to monitor the status of the power supply (vac), when an out-of-tolerance condition is detected, an internal power-fail signal is generated which forces reset to the active state, when vac returns to an in-tolerance condition, the reset signal is kept in the active state for approximately 150ms to allow the power supply and processor to stabilize.
