The Makita DRT50 LXT Router/Trimmer is fitted with a brushless motor for increased efficiency and power. The variable speed is controlled via a dial and the constant speed control provides a fine, even finish on all surfaces.
Soft start helps to prevent any damage when starting the tool up. It's simple and easy-to-use: a push-button turns the tool on/off and there is also a lock on/off button too.
The router/trimmer has an aluminium housing and base for higher durability and accuracy. It can be attached to a dust extractor if required. There is also an LED job light for working in darker spaces.
