The Makita DCS552Z Metal Cutting Circular Saw has a heavy-gauge, precision machined stainless steel base plate for smooth, accurate cutting and added durability. With a built-in dust collection system for easy disposal, metal chips/dust can be thrown away by opening the cap of the dust box.
It has a compact and lightweight design with a flat motor housing end and a large view window allowing for easy cutting. There is also an electric brake for added user safety and an LED job light.
