LOCTITE SI 5699 is a flexible silicone sealant that cures, on exposure to moisture in the air, to form a tough rubber gasket. It is designed for rigid flange sealing with excellent oil resistance, e.g., for sealing transmissions and cast metal housings.

LOCTITE SI 5699 is tack-free after just 10 minutes, is water-glycol resistant and can be used on machined or cast, metal or plastic surfaces.
