LOCTITE 403 is a low bloom, low odour, medium viscosity cyanoacrylate instant adhesive which is particularly suitable for applications where vapour control is difficult. It provides rapid bonding of a wide range of materials, including metals, plastics and elastomers.

LOCTITE 403 is particularly suited for bonding porous or absorbent materials such as wood, paper, leather and fabric.
