LD274-3 GaAs Infrared Emitter

A T1 3/4 (5mm) GaAs infrared emitting diode, with a grey coloured epoxy resin lens. Through hole mount, very high efficiency GaAs-LED, high reliability, spectral match with silicon photodetectors. Typical applications include infrared remote control of hifi and TV, video tape recorders, dimmers, remote control for steady and varying intensity, sensor technology, discrete interruptors.
