The mechanical performance of these pads make them ideal for compensating for differences in planarity of components and surfaces and also in pressure-sensitive applications. Suitable application areas include RD-RAM memory modules, heat pipe thermal solutions, automotive engine systems, control units, plasma supply consoles.
