This T-slot cylinder sensor utilises a GMR cell for the detection of pistons in pneumatic cylinders. The sensor is directly mounted into the cylinder T-slot and the ring magnet attached to the piston is sensed through the housing wall. The sensor is designed for industrial applications and may be used on all commercial cylinders made of non-magnetisable material.
