The IDEC HT4P-SLSPL-W-R0006 Safety Commander is an industrial safety tablet holder designed for use with 10–13 inch tablets. Combining mobile tablet operation with integrated safety controls, it features an illuminated emergency stop push button and a 3-position enable switch, making it well suited to machine commissioning, maintenance, and operational tasks in industrial environments.
For enhanced usability, the holder supports both portrait and landscape operation and incorporates an ergonomic design for comfortable handling. A telescopic lock and locking lever securely retain the tablet, while the adjustable mounting hook and spacer help prevent interference with tablet buttons and controls. The unit includes a hand strap as standard, with an optional shoulder strap available for greater carrying flexibility.
Engineered for demanding applications, the HT4P-SLSPL-W-R0006 offers IP54-rated protection against dust and water ingress and is tested to withstand drops of up to 1.2 metres. It can be used handheld, positioned flat on a work surface, or wall-mounted, and supports optional waterproof power, LAN, and switch-contact connection cables for expanded connectivity.
