The LinkMaster is a unit that is used to test wiring configurations for both Shielded Twisted Pairs (STP) and Unshielded Twisted Pairs (UTP). The device checks for continuity, shorts, miswires, reversals and split pairs. There is a main unit and remote unit so that it is possible for one person to carry out tests to T568A, T568B, 10Base-T, and Token Ring standards.
