Rapid Quality Policy
The Quality Management system implemented by Rapid Electronics is intended to ensure that we consistently identify, meet, or exceed our customers' requirements according to the agreed contracts.
This Quality Manual together with the accompanying procedures, process flow charts (and their interaction), describes the framework through which these objectives are met.
The quality of product and service that Rapid Electronics Ltd supplies to its customers is a major benchmark for the performance of the company. Rapid Electronics Ltd will always strive to provide the customer with the highest standard of product and service compatible with the customer's requirements. Our objective is to use the process of continual improvement within the company to improve our quality management system.
Suitable training, manning levels and equipment will ensure that all of the staff at Rapid Electronics Ltd are aware of and best able to satisfy the needs of our customers (both internal and external).
This Quality Policy will be reviewed regularly to ensure its continued suitability for the company.
With this statement, the management at Rapid Electronics Ltd commits all employees to perform their tasks in accordance with the instructions laid down in the Quality Management System so that we can be sure that we meet our customer's as well as any statutory or regulatory requirements.
