Q. Can I just check, does the project kit come with all the components including the C14 and the PCB? Thanks.

A. Hi, thank you for your question. You would need to purchase 13-6013 to have the full product including the PCB, the PCB only (13-6030) us provided as a separate item because some schools wish to incorporate their own products for specific functions.
