A. Hi Vikas. Thank you for your question. According to Friedland's data sheet they are supplied with 4 x 1.5V Alkaline C batteries.
Q. what battery does it use for keeping the lights on.
A. Hi Vikas. Thank you for your question. The unit is fitted with a battery connected with the solar panel to keep the light fully charged. It should not need changing as it is supplied with 4 x 1.5V C type batteries.
Q. Hi, I understand that the leds are battery powered, but do the batteries recharge themselves from the solar panel?
A. Hi Jaspal. Thank you for your question. This unit uses the solar panel to power the LEDs so will recharge the batteries.
Q. Hi. Des this dummy box use solar enegy (to power the flashing LEDs) like the siren box does?
