Freescale CWH-GTP-A2J22-YE CodeWarrior Gigabit TAP Aurora 22 COP/JTAG Adaptor

The Nexus and Power.org standards allow for a 22 pin connector to be installed on embedded systems boards which have all the necessary trace and JTAG debug signals. This adaptor plugs directly into the 22 pin connector and then breaks out the JTAG signals into the standard Freescale 16 pin JTAG COP debugger connection utilized by QorIQ, PQII, PQIII, and PQII Pro product lines.
