The FLIR E85 is an advanced thermal imaging camera with a 384 x 288 IR resolution and performance and features designed to make your work faster, safer, and more efficient. The superior resolution and range performance helps you to quickly identify and report on hot spots and discover potential failure points in electrical and mechanical systems. Live video streaming and video recording is made more efficient by the inclusion of Wi-Fi and Bluetooth, as well as a USB interface.

The camera has a large, vibrant 4in 640 x 480 LCD rapid-response touchscreen which is bright and intuitive to use and has a new user interface that is designed for one-handed operation. There are several image modes that assist in taking clear and accurate measurements: infrared, visual, MSX and picture-in-picture. The MSX mode overlays edge details onto the IR video to give a better perspective on measurement areas. The picture-in-picture mode is resizable and movable and overlays visual video over the IR video.

To enable this device to give long and consistent service it is well constructed from rugged materials and has an ergonomic pistol-grip design that allows one-handed operation. The camera has interchangeable lenses and comes with a 42° FOV standard lens with laser-assisted autofocus. The sensor has a wide temperature detection range and can detect differences in temperature down to 30mK. Laser distance measurement can be performed with centre spot, hot spot, cold spot and two user preset measurement presets.

The camera is supplied with 17mm lens, 2x batteries, battery charger, front lens and light protection, hand and wrist straps, lanyards, front and rear lens caps, lens cleaning cloth, external power supply, 8GB SD card, torx screwdriver, cabling, printed documentation.
