Exact Deburring Blades HSS Types P-1, P-2 & P-3

A range of Type P, HSS blades from Exact. The deburring blades have a design and Ø of 2.6 mm that enable them to be integrated into all existing deburring ranges. Different blade shapes allow different edge profiles to be worked

• P1 = universal blade for deburring the outside of steel, aluminium and plastic
• P2 = P1, but with both sides sharpened for backward and forward deburring movement; also for left-handers
• P3 = universal blade for external and internal deburring of steel, aluminium, copper, plastic, and brass
• P1 TiN = universal blade with TiN coating for extra long life, for deburring outside of steel, aluminium and plastic P2 TiN = P1 TiN, but with both sides sharpened so suitable for backward and forward deburring movement; also for left-handers
