Q. Are these suitable for soil organic matter determinations by heating to 900C?
A. Hi Andrew, thank you for your question. Our supplier has said "These crucibles can be heated slowly up to 1000 degrees but not more than 100 degrees per hour." The supplier has suggested that a silica crucible sounds more appropriate.
