Comus Micro Proximity Reed Switch

<p>This micro proximity reed switch has been designed to be as inconspicuous as possible. With a body of only 17mm and 4mm wide it will fit onto a flat surface with either the two locating holes or the supplied high strength adhesive strip.</p>

Q. Does this switch on light when magnet is moved away

A. Hi C Evans, thank you for your question. This switch has a normally open contact so when the magnet is near it makes the circuit and breaks the circuit again when the magnet is moved away.

Q. Hi, I was wondering if this switch will work with voltages at about 4.5 volts? thanks.

A. Hi Matthew. Thank you for your question. These will switch up to 24V AC or DC maximum at a current rating of 100mA.
