Q. can they be used for a nc switching circuit
A. Hi Pat, thanks for your question.

This acts more as a sensor than a switch. The vibrations can give a very brief switching (false trigger) that is not necessarily a tilt. Using it as a sensor you can design the system to read the condition of the switch and only trigger a positive if the switch stays open for longer than a specific time, such as a couple of seconds.

This would eliminate vibration related fluctuations on the switch, giving a false alarm.

Q. how far apart are the contacts and which of the four legs are actual connections?
A. Thanks for the bridget The contacts are 2.54mm apart 2 of each are the legs are the contacts so 2 connections between the 4 legs
